Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures an all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and discharging. Assist the Food and Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the beverage department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
