Seeking shift supervisor who can lead a team of process technicians and machine operators to create the highest quality plastic products ever made!
Responsibilities:
Assists Engineering in developing and implementing training to meet product and process improvements.
Develops and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and cost objectives.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.
Develops and coordinates the department ISO procedures, training modules & work instructions.
