Principal Accountabilities


  • Transport racks, ingredients, and equipment when needed
  • Ability to operate mobile powered equipment
  • Responsible to keep the place clean and tidy
  • Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly job tasks around chiller cleaning cycles
  • Accurately records rack and weight information on rack tickets and assure a ticket on each rack in numerical order
  • Ensures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the job. Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer. All food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, weights are in the acceptable range
  • Assist on the production floor where needed
  • Comply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Individual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures; Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management
  • Other tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management

Required Qualifications


  • Must be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
  • Willingness to complete procedural training for this position
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Strong Computer knowledge and skills
  • Must be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directions
  • Ability to self-manage all tasks in a timely manner per company policy
  • Ability to drive mobile powered equipment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous food manufacturing experience
  • Production experience
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Work History in the last 12 months
